If you need your order by a certain date, please state that up front; otherwise, all orders are processed in the order in which they were received.
Soaps will be shipped by USPS with both domestic and international orders. I take great care in packaging the soaps to avoid damage in the shipping process, but if they do arrive damaged in any way, please contact me within 3 business days and we will try to resolve it. Because of the glycerin in the soap, they may arrive oily, please try not to expose the soaps to heat and let sit at room temperature or leave in the fridge for a short while.
If you have any allergies, please read the ingredients listing of each product carefully. If you have questions concerning any of the ingredients, please email me at email@example.com. Refunds will NOT be issued if you realize, after your order has been sent, that you are allergic to something. Before your order has been sent, if you realize that you made a mistake, I will either substitute ingredients or issue a refund following the procedure described above.
